Site Engineer

• Conducts daily site inspection to ensure the correct work implementation based on the
  approved plans and specifications in line with the standard construction guidelines.
• Prepares shop drawings and other construction bulletins to support lacking details from the working drawings through manual detailing or by means of computer aided design drafting.
• Assesses weekly billings/accomplishment reports submitted by contractors to ensure
  accuracy for payment purposes by conducting actual evaluation of unit/s.
• Prepares weekly accomplishment reports and other documents for updating purposes
  by actual site verification.
• Ensures the timely completion of quality standard and control over the construction of
  housing units for the purpose of attaining buyers’ satisfaction at least cost.

What we’re looking for:

• Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineers will have an advantage.
• Preferably with at least two (2) years of relevant experience in construction of housingprojects, gained from engineering/construction, real estate or property development industry.
• Possesses decision-making and leadership skills.
• Willing to work in Armenia, Tarlac.
